Share & Pair — Nine Weeks of Wine, Snacks, & Good Company

Spring in Portland is best enjoyed with a glass in hand and good peeps around you. That’s why, once again, we’re participating in Share & Pair, a national campaign bringing people together over wine and food. Every week in May and June, we’ll feature a rotating lineup of featured wines and bites designed to help you slow down, enjoy something delicious, and actually spend time with the people you like.

Our weekly specials are available Thursday through Sunday. And as long as the sun is out, the patio will be open.

Here's what we have planned:

April 30 - May 3 — Sauvignon Blanc + Whipped Feta with Parmesan Garlic Potato Chips

Friday, May 1, is International Sauvignon Blanc Day, so this is the perfect opener. Bright, crisp Sauvi B meets rich, herby whipped feta — and those chips are not optional.

May 7 - 10 — SuperGlou Red Blend + Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pão de Queijo)

SuperGlou is our super crushable chilled red blend. Pão de Queijo is warm, cheesy, and impossible to eat just one of.

May 14 - 17 — 'Walks on Gilded Splinters' Pinot Gris Skin Contact + Pintxos

Our skin-contact Pinot Gris is one of our most talked-about wines — amber, textured, and full of personality. Paired with pintxos (think all your favorite Spanish snacks on a toothpick), this one's a week to make plans around.

May 21 - 24 — Gamay Noir + Duck Mousse Pâté with Cherry Gelée

Gamay and duck is a classic for a reason. Silky pâté, a little sweetness from the cherry gelée, and a wine that's got just enough earthiness to make it all sing.

May 28 - 31 — 2017 Riesling Reserved + Bacon-Stuffed Dates with Blue Cheese

Our 94-point 2017 Riesling Reserved has had time to develop real complexity, and we're pairing it with something equally indulgent — sticky, savory, a little funky. Trust us.

June 4 - 7 — PET MATT Sparkling Rosé of Dolcetto + Stuffed Mini Peppers

Sparkling rosé on a (hopefully) warm June afternoon. paired with sweet, cheesy stuffed mini peppers. Patio weather, if the universe cooperates.

June 11 - 14 — 2024 Pinot Gris + Shrimp Cocktail

Our 2024 Pinot Gris is fresh and just right for summer. Paired with classic shrimp cocktail, this is a great excuse to feel fancy on a Sunday afternoon.

June 18 - 21 — 2023 Chardonnay + Charred Scallion Dip

This is the kind of culinary experience that makes you stop mid-bite and say "wait, that's really good." It really is.

June 28 — 2021 Pinot Noir Reserved + Mushroom Crostini

We're closing out with a time-tested pairing of two things that make our corner of the world so great — Pinot Noir and mushrooms!
