We are beyond excited to be heading to Brooklyn, NY for a very special wine dinner at Zoli Restaurant, and this one feels extra special for a lot of reasons.
Zoli is the newest project from the team behind Houseman, led by restaurateur Ned Baldwin, whose thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach has long been one of our favorites. Located on the campus of the Amant Center for Contemporary Arts, Zoli sits at the intersection of food, wine, and creativity—basically our happy place. In addition to their regular service, Zoli hosts an ongoing Tuesday night pop-up dinner series called Dinner Upstairs—and we’re thrilled to be part of it on February 17th.
Matt and Angie are especially excited to pour our wines in a space that values intention, collaboration, and seasonal cooking as much as we do. The menu Chef Daniel Roberts has put together is playful, precise, and deeply rooted in great products—an ideal match for how we think about winemaking.
And then there’s this little whisper we heard… 👀 A tiny bird may have let it slip that Zoli is getting a New York Times write-up right before our dinner, which makes this evening feel even more electric. Let’s just say the timing could not be better.
