This month’s Spin the Bottle guest is Domaine Delelee, a French-American family winery in Oregon's Willamette Valley, making small-lot Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Founded in 2018, Domaine Delelee’s wines are made with restraint and patience, letting the Willamette Valley fruit speak for itself.

Winemaker Louis Delelee holds a master's in winemaking from the University of Burgundy. He has worked harvests in France, Napa, Washington, New Zealand and Australia.
